Summary: be honest, don't abuse the platform, payments during beta are between users, and we provide the service "as is". The full terms follow.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using WDOYN you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. One person or organisation per account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Needs and offers

Clients post "needs"; freelancers send "offers". You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of everything you post. WDOYN does not employ freelancers and is not a party to agreements between users.

4. Payments

During this early phase, payment terms are agreed and settled directly between client and freelancer. WDOYN is not responsible for payments, refunds, or the quality of delivered work.

5. Acceptable use

No spam, scraping, fraud, harassment, illegal content, malware, circumventing fees, or misrepresenting your identity or work. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of what you post but grant WDOYN a licence to host and display it to operate the service. The WDOYN name, brand and site are ours.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee that needs will receive offers, that users are as described, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, WDOYN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for disputes, losses or damages arising between users.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use means acceptance.
