Client and freelancer: using one WDOYN account for both

Plenty of people on WDOYN are on both sides of the marketplace: they hire for their company and they take on freelance work themselves. You don't need two accounts.
Start on one side
When you sign up you pick "I need work done" or "I do the work". That sets your starting mode.
Turn on the other side any time
Use "Switch to Working / Hiring" in the header. The first time you switch to Working, you'll complete a short freelancer profile (categories, headline, portfolio links).
What stays separate
Your needs and your offers live in their own places ("My needs", "My offers"). Messages are shared. Your public profile only shows your freelancer side.
Why it's useful
The SAP consultant who hires a designer for their side project, the agency owner who takes select contracts — one identity, one reputation, less friction.
